Housing Navigator

Permanent Full-time role - Wellington Region

About the role:

Reporting to the Housing Manager, the Housing Navigator is responsible for managing all housing referrals that come to Tuatahi through various portals and channels, including Ministry of Social Development, community organizations, and other NGOs. The role focuses on supporting whānau/aiga to secure and maintain long-term, stable housing.

To be successful in this role you need the following: 

  • Communicate effectively

  • Work well under pressure

  • Are planned and organised with a high attention to detail

  • Will build and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of people

  • Have knowledge/awareness of different cultures

  • Hold a minimum of a Full NZ Drivers License
