Permanent Full-time role - Lower Hutt location

About the role:

To assist and support the Tenancy Manager in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.

As a Housing Support, you will be responsible for:  

  • Conducting weekly room and house inspections.

  • Carrying out Inductions and exits of whanau.

  • Document incidents, and maintenance issues.

  • Monitoring the well-being and safety of whanau who are residing in our homes

  • Regular cleaning of facilities

  • General administrative duties

To be successful in this role you need the following: 

  • Communicate effectively Work well under pressure

  • Are planned and organised with a high attention to detail

  • Will build and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of people

  • Have knowledge/awareness of different cultures

  • Hold a minimum of a restricted drivers license
