About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity available in Wellington for a Full-Time Maintenance Personnel. The purpose of this role is to inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or maintenance when required.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
General grounds and maintenance work
Maintaining a safe working environment
Liaising with management and staff regarding maintenance of our properties
Liaising with trades people to understand required refurbishments within allocated budget and scope
Lead all site maintenance function.
To be successful in this role you need the following:
Hold a full and current New Zealand drivers license
Previous trade and/or handyman role
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Being well organised with structured planning and approach to preventative and general maintenance
Excellent customer service skills and be a team player
