Permanent part-time role - Lower Hutt location

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available in Wellington for a Part-Time Administrator for 30 hours a week. The purpose of this role is to providing timely, efficient, and quality administration support to Tuatahi Staff. 

As an Administrator, duties will include but are not limited to:  

  • Provide high level support to the Executive Office and Board

  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to enquiries, greeting all visitors and preparing documents 

  • Ensuring stock is maintained at all Tuatahi offices 

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports 

  • Keep records and reports up to date – both physical and online 

  • Organize and schedule meetings, interviews and events 

To be successful in this role you need the following: 

  • Hold a full and current New Zealand drivers license

  • Communicate effectively, both written and orally

  • Are planned and organised with a high attention to detail

  • Have a high level of computer skills

  • Have the ability to work independently and to show guided initiative

  • Have a High level of flexibility and ability to multi-task

  • Has knowledge/awareness of different cultures
