The aim of our Employment Placement Program is to identify and address barriers and needs for individuals, to achieve suitable and sustainable employment.

The Pathways program is aimed at preparing whānau who are on the benefit to be equipped with all the tools needed to be in the workplace. Our approach is holistic and recognises individual differences. Our goal is to break down barriers that hinder job opportunities and provide the necessary tools for success in their chosen careers.
